If you're looking for a lawn care technician who knows their stuff, ask for James at Lawn Cure in Louisville. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products he used, and gave a very thorough explanation of the entire process. I felt confident in his expertise and was very pleased with his courteous and professional demeanor. Highly recommend!

He did close the gate and made sure it was locked. He just didn’t put the bungee cord back on. It really isn’t a big deal. Sometimes strong winds unhook it. Our dog is a runner. Otherwise, it was good. 4 1/2 stars. lol
