We spoke for a couple minutes and he apologized for interrupting me. He continued to finished his work in my yard, then went to my neighbor across the street. He was considerate and pleasant.

I was surprised to find Zachary in my backyard. I explained that I thought I had a note on my account to notify me just prior to service as I have a puppy. She needs to be brought inside before accessing the yard. He listened and then put the note on my account right as we spoke. He was very kind. I'm very enthusiastic for this company and the excellent results they have brought about.
