One of their service providers accidentally caused minor damage to one of our cast iron lawn ornaments.

They quickly owned the situation and went above and beyond to correct the situation; repairing the damage.

He did close the gate and made sure it was locked. He just didn’t put the bungee cord back on. It really isn’t a big deal. Sometimes strong winds unhook it. Our dog is a runner. Otherwise, it was good. 4 1/2 stars. lol

A gentleman named Fred came by to take care of the pesky winter weeds on Thursday the 28th of March. Within 2 days I could already see the henbit and hairy bittercrest curling up and laying down. He was effective, efficient, and respectful in terms of my kids toys and things in the lawn. Thanks for such great service over the past 5 years, my lawn has never looked better!
