Seemed very professional and friendly. Only saw him for a few minutes after he had completed the job.

He did close the gate and made sure it was locked. He just didn’t put the bungee cord back on. It really isn’t a big deal. Sometimes strong winds unhook it. Our dog is a runner. Otherwise, it was good. 4 1/2 stars. lol
