She needs to be brought inside before accessing the yard. He listened and then put the note on my account right as we spoke. He was very kind. He did close the gate and made sure it was locked. He just didn’t put the bungee cord back on. It really isn’t a big deal. Sometimes strong winds unhook it. Our dog is a runner. Otherwise, it was good. 4 1/2 stars. lol
